Client Relationship Management Associate

Salary: $70-100k plus bonus

Position Responsibilities:

The associate must be able to work independently to prioritize tasks and utilize the appropriate resources needed to support the Relationship Manager and his/her clients.
The associate must possess strong interpersonal skills, writing skills and be team-oriented.
Must have the ability to develop and grow into the RM role in 3-5 years.
Facilitate relationship between RM, product investment specialists, operations and client.
Back-up for RM as appropriate regarding issues related to clients.
Chief coordinator of all data, presentation, reports and client-required materials.
Assumes lead role in coordinating various group projects as assigned.
Maintain knowledge of competitive industry trends and the financial market

Requirements:

College degree – MBA, CFA preferred.
Knowledge of the financial industry. 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.
Team player with ability to work independently when necessary.
Ability to meet deadlines with a strong sense of urgency.
Strong computer skills – Knowledge of word, spreadsheet, presentation and database software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite)
Detail oriented, with very strong organizational skills.
Series 7, 63 and other licenses as required.
