Bernard Marrazzo/Partner

Bernard Marrazzo has a B.S. in economics and a minor in history from the College of William and Mary.  He has more than 25 years experience recruiting talent, from CFOs to administrative assistants and from both exempt and non-exempt level.

He was an officer in a number of New York City firms before launching Meridian Partners with Joseph Capolino in 2005.

Throughout his career Bernard has developed lasting relationships throughout the tri-state area with his clients and candidates, leading to an extensive metro New York business network that has expanded the opportunities for everyone involved in the recruiting process.  His business philosophy of no detail is to small have led to a strong track record of success and retention rate on searches.   His understanding and flexibility of what his clients are looking for, and his reputation for integrity and reliability, have helped clients in a broad array of industries, including Banking, Brokerage, Legal, Mortgage, Insurance, Security, Accounting, Non for Profit, Consumer Goods and Real Estate.

Bernard has also used his experience to mentor and guide young men and women to reach their personal and professional potential.  Throughout his career, he has been a speaker at various colleges to offer advice on careers and job searches.

Joseph Capolino/Partner

Joseph Capolino graduated from Hofstra University with a BS in business and a minor in social studies. His diverse experience brings Meridian’s clients a commitment to identifying and helping recruit the best and brightest candidates.

A seasoned professional with multi-industry experience, Capolino consistently contributes to his client’s bottom-line goals. He provides top quality candidates, solid experience and deep business knowledge. With his proven track record he understands what it takes for clients to overcome obstacles and achieve results. He also saves, clients time and resources throughout the recruiting process.

He has made strategic placements for a broad array of firms in various industries. He has successful searches for clients ranging from boutique firms to global corporations. Offering strong communication and interpersonal skills, Capolino also has strong judgment. He has what it takes to determine whether a client’s corporate culture would be a good fit with a candidate’s background and career objectives.
