A.        Business Analyst Role Requirements:

• Self Starter
• Ability to work independently
• Capability to work with users and identity issues, suggest and implement solutions
• Provide Release Notes for user community for any system modifications and enhancements
• Understand full systems project lifecycle
• Understand full trade lifecycle
• Emphasis on Internal Reporting Tracking, working with:
• Finance
• Internal Audit
• Compliance/Risk
• Project Management skills a +

B.        Business Skills Requirements:

• Excellent organizational/presentation & listening skills
• Ability to adapt to change in work priorities as requested and multi-task within various projects
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Participating in testing financial trading and accounting systems
• Business, industry and financial instrument knowledge
